Willow Rabbit/ Hare Sculpture Course - 2025
Learn how to make a willow hare/ rabbit on our new sculpture course. All materials provided, perfect for beginners/ intermediate willow weaving skills.
The course runs over 2 days maximum of 6 attendees only, all you need to do is bring your packed lunch. Start time 9am finishing around 4.30pm
Finished sculptures are around 70-90cm high, so easily transported.

As we work with fresh willow our course season in short, running from January to March/ April.
Course numbers are limited to a maximum of 5 people (where 4 are required for the course to run).
The course is a one day course (both weekday and weekend dates are available)
All materials are provided, however attendees may wish to bring their own cutters/ secateurs.
Tea/ coffee are provided, but attendees are required to bring their own lunch.
This course will be held in the cowshed workshop, this is a heated building however working with willow requires the temp to be capped at 16c so warm layers would be advisable.
We work with first grade black maul willow grown in Somerset, to ensure you will be working with the best product, from growers that are committed to growing a carbon neutral crop.
